vegan baking doesn't always have to be a bitch


Vegan Banana Bread

1 tsp vegetable oil

4 ripe bananas

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 cups spelt flour

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup apple sauce

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 chopped walnuts
Makes two loaves!
Top with chopped walnuts and bake for 30 minutes at 350F!
